The city of Timbuktu was a center of learning in antiquity, at the heart of an African empire.
Dogon country features unusual mud houses. And The Sahel is one of the
most verdant places in Africa, bordering on both the mighty Niger River and the Sahara Desert.
The "National Geographic-look" was adopted deliberately, to inspire confidence, since
Americans are generally a bit shy about going to an African country, even though Mali
is quite welcoming to visitors.
As French is one of the native languages, we were also able to
utilize our bilingual skills in creating this brochure.
