Brochure Design for The Coral Realty Group [watch it unfold, below]:

The Coral Realty Group is a firm of NY lawyers who are now Florida-based.
They specialize in apartment conversions to condo and co-op, and were especially concerned
that they not be perceived as too "New Yorky". We created a palette that is reminiscent of
South Beach's Art Deco colors, and made a uniqe, small folder that doubles as a brochure.
